Systems Requirements
and Analysis (SRA)
During the SRA phase
of any project, Agilutions will work very closely with you
to define your business requirements and functionality for implementation.
We document each process, custom reporting and querying requirements,
as well as required integrations to third-party applications.
System Development
and Implementation
We use an iterative approach
to software development. An implementation timeline is divided into
3 week iterations. The goal of an iteration is to deliver true business
functionality to you at the end of every iteration. Each iteration
is treated as its own mini project with scope definition, additional
requirements refinement, data conversion, implementation, deployment,
demo, and testing. Using iterations allows you to be in the driver's
seat. You'll see completed functionality sooner and have the opportunity
to provide necessary feedback to ensure that the functionality is
meeting your expectations.
GoLive Delivery
Once all implementation
iterations are complete and all major functionality has been tested,
the project is ready to go through the final steps to Go-Live. We
will conduct training and assist you with the development of SOPs.
Then we'll be at your side through a Mock Go-Live as well as at
the final launch of your new system.
