Avectra Announces Results of Custom Credentialing Solution Designed By Implementation Partner Agilutions

Agilutions will attend the Colorado Society of Association Executives (CSAE) conference this week in Blackhawk, CO at the Ameristar Casino Resort from June 23-25, 2010. We are very excited to attend with our software partner Avectra.
CSAE was founded in 1952 and is the “association of associations” for more than 250 association professionals throughout Colorado.
Agilutions and ASHA win Avectra Innovation Award at Avectra AUDC 2010
To manage the more than 6,500 certification applications received each year, Agilutions conducted an in depth process and technology consultation with ASHA and implemented the Agilutions Credentialing Solution, a custom netFORUM Enterprise module.

The new system has significantly reduced the time from receipt of the certification application to review from an average of 21 days to 4 days – an improvement of more than 200%. It has delivered not only faster response times but also flexibility, reduced financial risk, improved communications and improved member service.

UPDATE: CONFERENCE CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER. Agilutions is gearing up to attend the upcoming 2010 Technology Conference and Expo February 10 to 12 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C. The conference serves to help associations and nonprofit organizations better utilize technology to build their organizations.

The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) is the national organization representing local health departments. In order to effectively distribute grants to a variety of vital organizations, NACCHO sought an application system that would enable them to consolidate and expedite key processes.
The Results
