The Challenge
Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) is a compelling cutting-edge organization that provides investment consultants with the credentials and tools required to best serve their clients. Agilutions was tasked with implementing a full netFORUM enterprise solution comprised of an Association Management System (AMS), which will give IMCA the ability to effectively manage relationships with members, industry partners and prospects. Working with Agilutions to develop their new Web site, IMCA hopes to establish a more streamlined online experience leading to increased bottom-line results by enhancing the Web-based membership application and management process.
The Solution
Since every client’s needs are complex and diverse, Agilutions knew a cookie-cutter approach would never suffice, so they worked to devise a system that would comply with IMCA’s particular specifications. Agilutions was able to customize and tailor the IMCA Web site so that the final product was destined for success and worked to accommodate key membership applications. Now, as opposed to keying in 400 events a month, event registration is immediate and in real-time which dramatically influences workflow within the organization.
