Keith Ambuhl
Keith Ambuhl cofounded Agilutions to build a company that provides exceptional customer service and promotes a successful work environment. His background includes helping organizations use technology to better serve their members and customers. Born and raised in upstate New York, Keith graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in international business. After graduation, he supplied IT expertise to the University of Colorado, and then he supported transplant programs at UCLA Medical Center. He moved to Denver to work for the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards where he became IT director and led the implementation of Avectra’s NetFORUM AMS. Stephen Spruce
Stephen Spruce cofounded Agilutions believing that even the most complex processes can be broken into smaller and more manageable goals. His dedication to streamlining approaches to achieve success isn’t surprising considering his diverse background. After serving in the U.S. Army, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Then he designed and developed software for Hewlett-Packard in such exotic locations as Spain, Singapore, Germany, Ireland, and Norway. Eventually, he returned to Colorado, joining BoldTech Systems as a senior consultant. Stephen then became technical lead and architect for Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards where he led one of the first successful full iWeb/eWeb implementations of a non-Avectra netFORUM project. Catherine Cook
Catherine’s listening skills and patience are her keys to understanding exactly what Agilutions clients want. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western State College. Then she attended graduate school at the University of Denver, studying tax law, which provided the skills needed to work successfully with various nonprofit foundations, cooperatives, and associations. Her business experience with associations enables her to understand how netFORUM can help clients achieve their goals. She enjoys working at Agilutions because it nurtures an entrepreneurial spirit and skilled workforce, and she enjoys a new challenge each day.
What law would you implement to save the environment? Make it mandatory to create more fuel-efficient cars
What is one hidden talent not many people know about? I can still do a back-flip off of a swing set!

Trina Wallingford
Trina is a developer and data conversion expert who understands how to best use the netFORUM database structure to build successful systems. In fact, she understands the software so well that she can create a query about as fast as a new user looks up one table. In other words really fast. Trina grew up in Colorado, and she began her career as a claims analyst in the environmental claims department at Travelers Insurance. Later she joined Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards as a Microsoft Access developer and then a key developer on their netFORUM implementation. She enjoys working with Agilutions because she helps organizations align their IT efforts through more automated and streamlined business processes.

Patrick McWhinnie
Patrick is a software developer who focuses on SQL Server, Microsoft Reporting Services (MRS) and the netFORUM toolkit. He uses his expertise to anticipate client’s needs and streamline business processes. Originally from Skokie, Illinois, Patrick graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a finance emphasis. He spent several years supporting billing systems conversions and upgrades for cable and telco companies. Eventually, he was ready for a new challenge and found Agilutions’ culture and innovative approach the right match. Cher Crichlow
Cher brings a varied set of skills to Agilutions. She works both technically as a QA tester and also directly with our clients as a project manager. Originally from Chicago, IL, Cher graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Master of Science degree in Information Systems. With her extensive experience as a QA tester, Cher preserves a special viewpoint to approach applications from a technical AND user perspective. She also carries with her the integrity to act in the best interest of the client when conflicts arise. Her main goal as both a tester and project manager is to deliver solid, stable applications to clients. Cher enjoys working at Agilutions because it provides a challenging and dynamic work environment with a variety of clients and applications to deliver.
What is your favorite Colorado outdoor activity? Sledding with my kids on a sunny Colorado winter day, gardening, biking, or tennis on fresh Colorado summer mornings.

Barb Kilzer
Barb works at Agilutions as a Project Manager. Her positive, creative, and go-getter attitude makes her a great fit for the team. Originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, Barb earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota. She then moved to Denver, CO and received a second Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. After completing a marketing internship and also working as an interior designer in Denver, Barb was ready to switch gears and join the team at Agilutions. Barb enjoys learning about the needs of our clients and putting together project plans that allow for project goals to be met. Barb also uses her creative background to assist with Agilutions’ marketing efforts, and she enjoys working closely with the team on website-related projects. More about Barb……

Brynna White
Brynna is a project manager for Agilutions. Born and raised in Colorado, she earned her undergraduate degree at Regis University in Mathematics and Management Information Systems. Brynna received a graduate degree from the University of Denver in Technology Management, with an emphasis in Project Based Management. She also holds the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional certification (PMP). After earning her graduate degree, Brynna began her career by joining IBM, working there as a project/program manager for over 12 years.
Brynna brings an incredible amount of project management knowledge to Agilutions. She works hard to ensure that Agilutions has standards and efficiencies in place to meet Client needs in a timely fashion. Brynna enjoys working at Agilutions because the company culture represents her personality, goals, and work ethic.

Andrew Brown
Andrew is a software developer who brings his experience with SQL server and database management skills to the team at Agilutions. He was born in Denver, CO. Andrew’s father worked in the aerospace industry so he grew up just outside of Vandenberg AFB and in Colorado Springs, CO. Andrew graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2001 with a Bachelors of Arts in History. He spent 10 years working for Pearson eCollege working in the online education arena, specializing in database management. Andrew’s excitement for problem-solving and collaboration with coworkers and clients makes him an excellent fit for the team.
